Objectives: The children in the School-Age 3 group had the ongoing objective of learning the ins and outs of the Restaurant business and how to be successful in creating their own.

Throughout the entirety of this project, the children engaged in and explored in a variety of experiences which expanded their knowledge off Restaurants. From creating their own Restaurants using loose part, inviting a Chef into their program, and writing their own menus, the group displayed growing knowledge and passion throughout.
