The Annual General Meeting, originally scheduled or April 21 has now been postponed to Tues., May 19. This allows us all some time to adjust to our new home and work life during COVID19 and to hopefully be back to work and child care by that time. More details will be shared in the coming weeks.

We welcome all Owl families, members, Board and staff to join us at Owl's Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 19 at 6:30pm at the Lincoln Road Chapel. All are welcome to attend, but only those who have applied for and been accepted into Membership will be entitled to vote at the AGM. If you have not yet applied for membership and wish to vote, please consider this opportunity to increase your engagement with Owl. Click here for more info

By law, Owl has certain business that must be transacted annually at the AGM. A quorum of members is required to transact the business required at this meeting. If the minimum number of voting members are not present or represented by a proxy, a subsequent meeting of the members will be required.

In preparation for the AGM, the 2019 Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements will be available shortly. You can find these documents in the right sidebar along with an agenda and other pertinent reports.
