Objectives: To further explore the children's interest in rocks, and to answer the questions the school age group posed on the topic.
The rock project began when a group of school age children discovered some fascinating rocks in the back field, and wanted to investigate them further. We researched different types of rocks and minerals, and engaged in many activities that involved rocks.
