Objectives: To further explore the children’s current interest of babies.
With the addition of plastic babies into the classroom. The educators began to observe an increase of dramatic play revolving around caring for babies. This sparked many baby related questions from the children. Following their curiosity, we began our project on babies. Building on the children’s current knowledge, we used a variety of books, classroom activities and a visit from Sara and her infant son Noah to answer all our baby questions.
