Hello and welcome back to school! We missed you around here! We hope you all had a fantastic and relaxing summer time. We are excited to have you all in our program this year. It is going to be an exciting year full of fun, joy and happiness. We are eagerly looking forward to the days when we learn through play and self-exploration. This program is going to provide you with all the skills you need to help you enjoy your educational life by participating in many fun and interesting projects and activities.
We established our classroom rules in the group to remain positive and respectful towards each other. We would like to get to know more about each other to be able to have a meaningful year. We are going to dive into lots of fascinating art projects, colouring, painting and also making our own playdough. We are also planning to create our “Book Club” where our little minds can explore the new topics and enjoy developing their literacy and vocabulary knowledge by reading and using their language arts skills. There will be a day called “Show and Tell” when children are encouraged to bring a toy in and share stories about it which will help them develop their social-emotional skills.
During our planned art projects, children will express their feelings and emotions by taking their imagination into action. It will help them expand their attention span and concentration skill by remaining focused on the desired activities for the extended period of time. Children learn the most through-out play and exploration which enables them to develop both fine and gross motor skills. We will ensure that the children are provided with a positive and relaxed atmosphere to be able to meet with their talents, needs and interests. Let’s build up a team to guide our children walk through the fun learning path with absolute confidence.
