Owl serves a morning and afternoon snack plus a nutritious lunch prepared fresh onsite daily by our in-house cooks. Menus are developed by our cooks, in consultation with Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating and the requirements of the Child Care and Early Years Act. These menus have also been reviewed and approved by a Registered Dietician.
To view the menu for a specific day, click on the calendar below. It will list the foods to be served on that given day. It also indicates the week in the cycle (e.g., week 1, 2, etc.). if you wish to view the menu for the entire week, you can download and print them using the links to the weekly menus below. The following menus are subject to change without formal notice. This is due to the availability of some items. Menu changes will be posted at the centre.
The fall menus will be in place from September 3 to December 24, 2019 on a 5-week rotation:
