Full Day Child Care - 3 months to school-age:

Please Note:

  • The above fees were approved by the Board of Directors on November 12, 2019 and take effect on January 1, 2020.
  • Fees are calculated on a daily basis and are charged based on days scheduled for care. Fees are not charges on all statuatory holidays and on Christmas closure days.
  • Fee Reduction Pilot
    • Fees are currently reduced for infants ($10/day), toddlers ($3/day) and preschoolers ($2/day) as a result of the Region of Waterloo’s Fee Reduction Pilot. The Pilot is funded by the Province of Ontario and the Government of Canada. The Region has advised that due to changes in provincial funding, the Fee Reduction Pilot will end December 31, 2019.
    • For details regarding the end of the Fee Reduction Pilot, view the letter issued by the Region of Waterloo.
  • Programs are available to parents on a full or part-time basis (minimum 2 days per week) with a set recurring schedule. Owl does not issue credits for sick days, vacation days, or any unexpected centre closures.
  • The Board of Directors reserves the right to make changes to these fees at their discretion. Notice of 45 days will be given informing parents of any changes

Methods of Payment

Pre-authorized Debit (PAD) is the primary method of payment. On a case-by-case basis, post-dated cheques or e-transfer may be approved.
